On Saturday, launch and overnight at Waikerie which is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Adelaide; dinner at the Waikerie Hotel. Depart Waikerie on Sunday about midday, heading downstream to overnight at about the abandoned distillery. Monday morning depart to lunch maybe on the wonderful sands of Hogwash Bend and in the afternoon cruise to the white cliffs just downstream and overnight (bring firewood ). Tuesday morning cruise to the left-hand bank just upstream from the Morgan pump house and overnight .Wednesday morning short run into Morgan and visit the bakery, the historical museum and possibly dinner at the Morgan Hotel. Overnight in Morgan. Thursday depart Morgan and arrive in Waikerie on Sunday 14 July. Some may wish to continue upstream to Overland Corner if time permits.
